BACK CHAMFER TOOL

The Back Chamfer Tool is a very versatile tool that is able to take on many rolls in material removal. The Back Chamfer Tool is intended for going thru a hole and producing a chamfer or edge break on the back side of the hole at 45° in a CNC machine. The Back Chamfer Tool is also able to interpolate larger holes. By using our square insert the Back Chamfer Tool will produce chamfers on the front side of the part as well. Everything described above can also be used in the same manner with CNC lathes, while also being able to profile the ID in a hole, or to produce undercuts. The Back Chamfer Tool is featured with coolant thru the tool. The Back Chamfer line of tooling is well suited for many Industries, and is able to work in all materials.
