The Spot Centering Tool lineup was developed by Vermont Indexable Tooling in the early 1990’s. The Spot Centering Tool is intended for manual or CNC mills and manual or CNC lathes. The Spot Centering Tools are designed to spot from solid material at different tool angles, allowing for centering of drill applications. The tools can also chamfer mill into close-fitting situations on both mills and lathes. The Spot Centering Tool also has the capability to be used for 90° Included angle slots, and also 140° chamfer angle milling. The Spot Centering line of tools features coolant thru on all styles. This tool lineup is more than capable of being utilized in a variety of situations with varying types of metals; and is well suited for most any industry.
